Location: Artist’s Studio in Highland
Description:
Students will learn the lead came method of stained glass. Each person will leave with a completed panel ready to hang. A basic design will be made using beveled glass, clear glass and colored glass. A variety of glass will be available to choose from. Students will learn how to cut glass, grind glass, stretch and cut lead came, assemble glass and lead came panel, solder lead came, cement and clean and polish with whiting while creating a finished panel. Instructor will provide all materials. |
