Dorothy Kane is a founding member of The Art Shop. To her, artmaking is problem solving, applying technical
information, searching for new solutions and exploring boundaries.
The creation of forms intrigues her, with the infinite choices,
challenges, combinations, chemistry, and complexities. Metal is her
passion, with serendipitous adventures in other many other mediums.
Dorothy is a studio artist and experienced art educator, grades
K-Adult, with extensive
postgraduate studies in art and education. Creative,
collaborative, and enthusiastic, some of her career highlights
