My love affair with glass began with an introductory stained-glass class in 2007. Since that day, I have explored ways to bring this captivating medium of glass art to life. I constantly attend courses, study books, and absorb on-line tutorials to refine my skills and cultivate my vision. Every piece I make is an original design.

In January 2012, I began selling my work and established Kolor Waves Glass, LLC. In April 2013, I opened my shop on Etsy. The fused glass (kiln-formed glass) method was added to my repertoire in 2016. At present, I am driven to create in both methods and continue to explore 3-dimensional glass art.

I especially enjoy working with clients. Together we embark on a journey to combine your concepts with my skills and talents to make something wonderful. It is my passion is to create glass art for others to enjoy. For larger pieces, I use “Glass Eye”, a stained-glass software. Additionally, I have studied and worked with numerous glass experts to ensure that my work is technically superb. It is my intention for you to enjoy a piece I have made for years and that it will become a coveted family heirloom.

My formal education includes a Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State University and a Diploma in Commercial Photography from the Ohio Institute of Photography in Dayton, Ohio. Some of the tools that I use are the composition and color precepts from my work in photography
